A filling scale is a weighing device that fills a container with liquid according to a set weight.
The filling scale generally consists of a liquid filling gun, a weighing platform, and a control system.
Liquid filling generally adopts two forms, namely filling above the liquid level and filling below the liquid level. The liquid without foam and produced by non-toxic gas during the filling process is generally filled on the liquid level; The liquid that will produce foam or has toxic gas overflow during the filling process is generally filled under the liquid level.
The so-called liquid level filling means that the filling nozzle is always above the liquid level during the filling process and does not come into contact with the liquid, while liquid level filling means that the filling nozzle is always below the liquid level during the filling process, and in order to reduce weight errors caused by the filling gun in the liquid, the filling gun will automatically track the rise of the liquid level and rise.
The filling gun is made of stainless steel, and the muzzle is equipped with a valve. Closing the valve can cut off the flow of liquid. In order to improve the filling accuracy, the filling scale has two types of filling speed control. When the set weight is almost reached, the filling scale will automatically switch the liquid flow rate to slow speed to ensure that the set weight is accurately reached at the end of filling.
Filling scales generally require compressed air to supply pneumatic components, with a pressure range of 0.6~0.1MPa.
Some filling scales use solenoid valve control, which often results in liquid dripping after the valve is closed.
The specifications of the filling scale are generally within 200kg. The filling speed is related to the caliber of the filling gun and the pressure of the liquid.

2. The part in contact with the material is made of 316 stainless steel, while the rest is made of 304 stainless steel, carbon steel, etc;
3. Filling speed: can fill one 200L barrel per minute (with a diameter of 1.5 inches and a material flow rate of 280L/min);
4. Filling accuracy: 0.2 level;
5. The weight setting value can be set by keyboard, and the lifting speed of the spray gun can be adjusted;
6. On site installation is fast, as long as the equipment is fixed to the ground with bolts, connected to material pipelines, power sources, and gas sources, it can work;
7. Weighing range per barrel: 20kg ~ 1000kg ；
