1、 Product Description
The linear vibrating screen uses a vibration motor to excite as a vibration source, causing the material to be thrown up on the screen while moving forward in a straight line. The material is evenly fed from the feeder into the feed inlet of the screening machine, and through multiple layers of screens, several specifications of sieved material and undersized material are produced and discharged from their respective outlets. This type of vibrating screen has low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, fully enclosed structure, no dust overflow, automatic discharge, and is more suitable for assembly line operations.
Working principle of linear vibrating screen:
The linear vibrating screen is driven by dual vibration motors. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in reverse, the excitation force generated by their eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and forms a combined force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion trajectory of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of excitation force and material self gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface and undergoes a jumping forward linear motion, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading the material. Can be used to achieve automated operations in assembly lines. It has the characteristics of low energy consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, and fully enclosed structure without dust spillage. The maximum screening mesh is 325 mesh, which can screen out 7 different particle sizes of materials.
2、 Linear vibrating screenThe structure
The linear vibrating screen is mainly composed of a screen box, a mesh frame, a screen mesh, a vibration motor, a motor pedestal, a damping spring, and a bracket.
1. Screening box: It is welded from several steel plates of different thicknesses, with certain strength and rigidity, and is the main component of the screening machine.
2. Mesh frame: made of wood with minimal deformation, used to maintain the flatness and tension of the screen mesh, achieving normal screening. If the proportion is large or the output is high, a metal sieve frame can be used
3. Screen mesh: Use stainless steel screen mesh that meets national standards.

5. Motor pedestal: The motor pedestal of the standard type (motor installed under the screen box) screening machine is movable, and the connecting screws must be tightened before use, especially for new screening machines, which must be repeatedly tightened three days before trial to avoid loosening and causing accidents.
6. Vibration damping spring: prevents vibration from being transmitted to the ground while supporting the entire weight of the screen box. During installation, the spring must be perpendicular to the ground.
7. Bracket: Composed of channel steel, it supports the main body of the vibrating screen. During installation, the pillars must be perpendicular to the ground, and the channel steel underneath the two pillars should be parallel to each other.
3、 Scope of use of linear vibrating screen:
Linear vibrating screen is suitable for screening various dry powdery materials with particle size of 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70%, and no viscosity. The maximum feeding particle size is generally not greater than 10mm.
This series of vibrating screens can also be used for liquid filtration and screening operations, mainly for sewage treatment, and can also be used for screening larger particle coal powder materials. When processing larger materials, the thickness of the screen body needs to be thickened, the motor power needs to be increased, and a perforated screen plate needs to be installed as the screen.

3、 Installation and Debugging
Rubber springs have undergone static stiffness testing before leaving the factory, and springs with the same (or similar) stiffness should be selected to be configured in different support parts of the same vibrating screen. During installation, place the rubber spring on the lower support base so that the protrusion on the support base enters the inner hole of the spring. Then, lift the main body and make sure that the inner hole of the rubber spring is aligned with the protrusion on the support plate. Lower the sieve box vertically and place it on the rubber spring. At this time, the height of the rubber springs at each support point should be consistent, and the error should not exceed 2mm. The connection of each part of the screening machine must be firm and reliable, and all bolts must not be loose. There must be no abnormal noise in each part. The minimum gap between the vibrating part on the main body and the surrounding fixed objects is 30-50mm.
4、 Regular inspection and maintenance
Before starting the screening machine, it is necessary to check whether there are any obstacles that hinder the operation of the screening machine, whether the connecting bolts are tightened, especially the fixing bolts of the vibration motor, support seat, and screen plate, which need to be re tightened. Check if the two vibration motors or exciters have opposite directions. If they have the same direction, change the power wiring of one motor to make the two motors have opposite directions. After running continuously for 4 hours, measure the bearing temperature, which should not exceed 75 ℃. Before stopping the screening machine, the feeding should be stopped first, and the screening surface material should be removed before stopping. After parking, it is necessary to promptly clean the materials and debris on the screen surface.
What issues should be noted during the first operation of a linear vibrating screen?
1. Is the aircraft in a horizontal position.
2. Is the machine base securely fixed.
3. Is the sieve flat
4. Is the fastening screw of the body frame securely fastened.
5. Has the transportation support between the screen frame and the machine base been removed.
6. The power supply must be connected correctly and it is strictly prohibited to operate without phase.
7. After starting up, pay attention to the material trajectory and adjust the running trajectory to the desired state according to the screened materials.
