Lightweight plate feederIt is a type of continuous material conveying machinery widely used in industries such as non-ferrous metals, mining, cement, chemical and metallurgical industries. Used for continuously and uniformly distributing and transporting materials to crushers, conveyors, or production line equipment in a horizontal or inclined direction, suitable for loose, blocky, and high-volume feeding processes in large and medium-sized cement plant production lines. It can transport large blocks and work reliably in high-temperature, high humidity, and harsh environments, especially suitable for transporting large, high-temperature, and sharp materials, and can work reliably in outdoor and humid environments.

Plate feederIt can be divided into three types: light plate feeder, medium plate feeder, and heavy plate feeder. Suitable for continuous and uniform distribution and transportation of bulk density from the storage bin to the crusher conveyor or other working machinery and containers along horizontal or inclined line segments, respectively
Light aircraft refer to various block, granular, and loose materials with a weight not exceeding 120Okg/m3, a block weight not exceeding 140kg, and a temperature not exceeding 350 ℃.
Medium sized machines are used for various loose materials with a weight not exceeding 2400 kg/m3, a block weight not exceeding 50Okg, and a temperature not exceeding 400 ℃.
The specifications of heavy-duty plate feeders include slot widths of 1000, 1250, 1500, 2000, and millimeters, with a capacity of 60-200 cubic meters per hour.


Performance characteristics:

1. The plate feeder adopts two-point support, with one end directly placed on the crusher, making the process layout simple and saving civil engineering costs;
2. The tail device of the plate feeder adopts a special design, suitable for rainy and humid areas, and will not cause chain jumping due to the accumulation of sticky and wet materials at the tail, thereby affecting production;
3. The tail of the feeder is equipped with sleepers to absorb impact, and the middle part is supported by a certain amount of special shock-absorbing silver, which can improve the stress conditions on the large material impact wheel and groove plate, and increase the service life of the operating components;
4. The left and right sides of the machine head cover and lower cover have been specially reinforced to avoid hindering the lifting of the crusher rotor body;
5. Separating the lead chain from the load chain results in lower dynamic loads and increased lifespan;
6. The sprocket of the head device has 13-15 teeth, driven by odd and even teeth respectively, and its lifespan can be doubled;
7. The sprocket of the head device is cut into 3 teeth, which can be replaced without disassembling the chain plate, making it easy to maintain.

1. The head wheel combination consists of a shaft, bearing seat, sprocket, and bearing coupling. The groove plate is continuously moved by two sprockets installed on the shaft to achieve the purpose of transporting and feeding materials. The sprocket is connected to the shaft as a key, and the main shaft is connected to the reducer through a locking plate.
2. The main beam of the rack is an H-shaped steel structure, with several reinforcement plates welded between the upper and lower wing plates. The two H-shaped main beams are welded together with several channel steels and I-beams to form a solid and stable structure.
3. The rotating body is composed of a groove plate 1, a track chain 2, and other components. The groove plate is a double arc overlapping type, welded with low-alloy steel plates, with high strength, wear resistance, and no material leakage. The chain links are made of specially produced bulldozer track chains (Tanker chains). Its characteristics are small pitch error, smooth movement, high strength, strong tension, and no need for lubrication.
4. The driving device consists of an electric motor, a coupling, a hard toothed gear reducer, a frame, and other components. Lightweight, high speed ratio, strong load-bearing capacity, easy disassembly and maintenance.
5. Chain support wheels are composed of buffer seats, rolling bearings, shafts, rollers, seals, covers, and other components. Mainly used to support the working section of the chain, ensure the normal operation of the chain and withstand the impact of some materials and the pressure of the silo, and also limit the deviation of the chain.
6. The lower support silver is composed of support, sealing ring, rolling bearing, shaft, roller, cover and other components, mainly used to support the return air plate and prevent excessive deflection caused by the self weight of the chain plate from affecting normal operation.
7. The tail device is a spiral rod tensioning mechanism, mainly composed of a shaft, two supporting wheels, bearings, bearing seats, disc springs, and tensioning screws. The supporting wheel is fixed on the shaft by a key, and the two ends of the shaft are equipped with double row self-aligning roller bearings and bearing seats. The bearing seat is installed on both sides of the frame and slides back and forth between the sliding plates to adjust the tension of the chain and correct the deviation of the running chain plate.
8. The fence head cover is composed of side panels, end panels, cover plates, support legs, and other components. Mainly used for side blocking to prevent loose materials.
