LaserCommon problems and solutions
1. Poor cutting effect or inability to cut through:
Reason 1: It is power setting, adjusting the intensity of light to be larger and smaller, making minor adjustments or changing the thickness of the bottom paper; If the guide rail is loose, it may also lead to unstable power;
Reason 2: The light path is off center and needs to be slightly adjusted, or in other words, your cutting speed is too fast;
Reason 3: The lens is dirty and needs to be removed with alcohol and wiped with dust-free paper. Pay attention to removing the lens and protect it;
Reason four: The focusing lens was installed backwards, causing the optical path to deviate;
Reason five: It is the focal length. If the cut line is too large, the height between the laser head and the material needs to be adjusted;
Reason six: It is due to power attenuation of the laser tube, high water temperature, unstable voltage, etc.
2. Unable to connect device: Check if the computer has installed drivers, if the USB or Ethernet cable is properly plugged in, if the USB or Ethernet cable is damaged, and if the adapter is corroded;
3. Shape deformation and overlapping during cutting: Check if the guide rail is loose, if the motor is broken, if the voltage is stable, and if the machine's system settings have been changed;
4. The device cannot start or will trip if the power switch is turned on: check if the emergency stop switch is pressed, if the external power supply is connected, if there is any abnormal popping sound heard from the outside, and if the circuit is damaged causing a circuit break and tripping.
5. High voltage line sparking: This issue should be noted as the line may be used for a long time. It is recommended to put a high voltage insulation sleeve on the outside of the high voltage line. In this case, the power should be cut off for operation.
6. The size of the cut shape is too large or too small: check whether the platform is flat and whether the material has been leveled, so the cutting process needs to turn on the suction and tighten the material to a straight position;
7. When cutting, there is no light output: First, check if the light output switch is damaged, if the chiller is turned on and if the return water is normal, because many now have protective devices, and without cooling water, there will be no light output;
8. No display on the panel after startup: Check if the startup switch is damaged, if the power supply is normal, and then check if the display panel is damaged or if the cable sockets are aging; Observe whether the bearings are rusted or stuck with foreign objects;
10. Glass tube does not emit light: Check the laser power supply water circulation system and light output signal of the laser tube. Generally, the first step is to directly observe whether the laser power supply is powered on normally, whether there are any abnormalities in the inner and outer tubes of the laser tube, and whether the water circulation system is normal. If it is not normal, corresponding replacement or adjustment should be made. If this method can emit light normally, it indicates that there is no fault in the laser power supply of the laser tube. It is a signal problem with the water protection switch, relay, door switch, board signal, etc., which can be eliminated in sequence. If this method does not produce light due to a problem with the laser tube or laser power supply, it can be solved by replacing it if it is difficult to determine.
