a. Firstly, the installation of the transmission shaft is necessary. The transmission shaft is directly installed on the field returning machine, and the lifting square shaft sleeve should not be stuck and should have sufficient length. Ensure that the middle two sections of the universal joint are on the same plane. If the direction is connected incorrectly, there will be a noise and the vibration of the field returning machine will be very long, which can easily cause damage to the accessories.

b. Parts and lubrication components should be checked in a timely manner. When doing homework, it is necessary to first check whether each component has been lubricated, whether each component is safe, and add gear oil to the gearbox.

c. Adjust the horizontal and height distance of the field returning machine. After the straw crushing and returning machine is linked with the tractor, adjust the left and right diagonal links of the tractor linkage.

d. During the idle test run, after all inspections are completed, the blade of the returning machine should be placed 20-30 centimeters above the ground, and should not be lifted too high, as it may damage the blade. Once confirmed to be correct, it can be put into operation.
