Phosphorus in water can be elemental phosphorusOrthophosphateCondensed phosphatesPyrophosphate、metaphosphatePhosphates and other forms that combine with organic groups exist. Its main sources are domestic sewage, fertilizers, organic phosphorus pesticides, and phosphate cleaning agents used in modern detergents. Phosphates can interfere with the coagulation process in water plants. Phosphorus in water is a key element required for the growth of algae, and excessive phosphorus can cause water pollution and odor, leading to the formation of lakeseutrophicationAppearing with the bayred tideThe main reason. our countryenvironmental quality standards for surface water(G3838-2002) stipulates the allowable values for total phosphorus as follows.

Phosphorus is a nutrient in feed, a constituent of feed, and an essential constant mineral element for animals. Total phosphorus is an indicator that reflects the level of phosphorus content in feed. For monogastric animals, the total phosphorus contentPhytate phosphorusThe part of feed that can be utilized by animals is calledAvailable PhosphorusFor ruminants, due to the presence of phosphorus phytate in the digestive tractPhytaseTherefore, it can be determined based on the total phosphorus content in the raw materials and the animal'sNutritional needsDesign formulas based on quantity.
Lianhua Total Phosphorus Reagent LH-P1P2apply to:Analysis of total phosphorus in industrial wastewater from industries such as surface water, fishery water, seawater, farmland irrigation water, domestic sewage, daily chemical products, phosphate fertilizers, phosphating treatment of metal surfaces, pesticides, steel, coking, etc

1. Potassium persulfate solution: Dissolve 4g of potassium persulfate (K2S2O8) in distilled water and dilute to 100mL;
2. Reagent P1: Dissolve a small bottle of P1 reagent in distilled water, dilute to 100mL, store in the bottom bottle of the quantitative analyzer, and calibrate the quantitative analyzer to 1mL;
3. Reagent P2: Dissolve a small bottle of solid P2 reagent in 100 milliliters of 12% sulfuric acid solution (i.e. add 12 milliliters of sulfuric acid to 88 milliliters of distilled water), and store it in the bottom bottle of the quantitative analyzer. And calibrate the quantitative analyzer to 1mL. This reagent should be stored in a cold place and cannot be used if it changes color??
4. Preparation of standard samples: (for calibration and calibration of instruments in total phosphorus mode)
A .Phosphorus standard storage solution (standard sample 1): Accurately weigh 0.2197 ± 0.001g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KH2PO4) that has been dried at 110 ℃ for 2 hours and cooled in a dryer. Dissolve it in a small amount of distilled water, add 5mL of sulfuric acid, and then dissolve the solution in a 1000mL volumetric flask and mix well. This standard solution contains 50.0mg/L phosphorus. This solution can be stored in a glass bottle for at least six months
B .Phosphorus standard solution (sample 2): Transfer 50.0mL of phosphorus standard solution (sample 1) to a 1000mL volumetric flask, dilute to the mark with distilled water, and mix well. This standard solution contains 2.5mg/L phosphorus;
