Vegetables enter the manual selection section from the temporary storage area for preliminary selection, with the aim of removing defective products such as yellow leaves, rotten leaves, etc; After initial selection, the material is manually fed and placed into the automatic lifting machine bubble cleaning machine for rough cleaning. During this process, it undergoes multiple cleaning processes such as bubbling, spraying, and surfing. The water tank is equipped with an ozone sterilization device, which can clean and sterilize simultaneously; After rough washing, the vegetables are driven forward by the entire connected scraper and automatically enter the secondary cleaning (fine washing), which also undergoes multiple cleaning and sterilization processes such as bubbling, spraying, surfing, etc. The cleaning equipment comes with a circulating water device, and the water tank is filled with circulating water. There is a built-in water adding device installed inside the water tank. After being finely washed, the vegetables automatically enter the air dryer for drying. After entering the air dryer, the vegetables are driven forward by a scraper and dried by 4-5 strong winds during this process. After multiple blows, the vegetables continue to move on to the next step.
After multiple drying cycles, the device can be connected to the workbench for timely packaging, ensuring that the cleaned vegetables are clean and fresh.
