Product Introduction

The leather shredder is a dual axis shearing crusher, which is suitable for crushing various materials such as leather, cowhide, sheepskin, floor leather, carpets, PVC anti slip pads, etc. The cutting width can be adjusted freely between 20-100mm according to the blade width. In terms of equipment composition, the leather shredder mainly consists of a shredder blade group, a load-bearing box, a box support, a feeding system, a power system, and an electrical control system. During the crushing process, the unique power protection mechanism of the machine can effectively prevent equipment damage caused by overloading.

Working principle

During the operation of the leather shredder, the power is stably transmitted to the main shaft through a reducer connected to the motor. Under the traction of the main shaft, the shredder blades fixed to the main shaft clamp the waste materials into the shredder chamber. During the continuous downward pressure of the blade clamp, the materials are sucked into the gap between the two shafts, and the material is crushed by the dual axis tearing effect. The crushed materials usually appear in strips or flakes and are filtered out from the bottom of the equipment.
