Sealing performance and strength testing of containers such as bags, bottles, tubes, cans, boxes, lids, etc.

Principle: Positive pressure method

• Bubble detection: Place the sample underwater, and the system loads a certain pressure of gas inside the sample to create a stable pressure difference between the inside and outside of the sample immersed in water. Observe the escape of gas inside the sample into the water (bubbles will be magnified 5-10 times), and determine the sealing performance of the sample.
• Pressure resistance testing: Place the sample on the testing rack, and the system loads a certain pressure of gas inside the sample to visually inspect the detachment, explosion, and creep of the sample.
• Leakage rate detection: After the system loads a certain amount of pressure gas into the sample, it stops loading and automatically measures the decay rate (leakage rate) of the internal pressure of the sample over time to determine the sealing performance of the sample.
