Working principle

The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. The dual frequency converter design controls the belt and conveyor belt separately to achieve the adjustment of cutting size. The conveyor belt is divided into two groups: the lower belt is used for conveying material, and the upper belt is used for fixing material. The cutting is aesthetically pleasing, and the rotating blade does not come into contact with the conveyor belt, so the belt does not wear or contaminate food with broken material. By replacing the cutter head or adjusting the speed with dual frequency modulation, various specifications and shapes can be cut out. This machine is easy to operate and clean.

install 1. After unpacking, use a forklift to transport the machine to the work location. 2. Check if the power wiring is correct, 3. Adjust the adjustment feet below the machine to ensure smooth positioning. 4. Check if the appearance has been damaged due to transportation. 5. Check whether the movements of each moving part are flexible and whether there are foreign objects in the cutting groove. 6. Check whether each fastening screw is loose or damaged, and whether the installation of the knife grid and main cutter is stable. 7. Replace the appropriate cutter head and fix it properly. Attention: The installation and wiring of this device should be carried out by qualified and skilled technicians.

Operation usage 1. Place the machine steadily and ensure that it does not shake. 2. Adjust the cutting mode according to the required processed dishes. 3. Setting the frequency can obtain the desired cutting size. 4. Place the object to be cut at the green conveyor entrance, and press the switch button to bring the material into the lower pressure wheel group for cutting through the cutter head. 5. When the work is completed, press the shutdown button to stop the motor.

1. Does the machine not run after turning on?

Check if the power cord is connected and if it is connected correctly.

Check if the front cover of the machine is closed properly.

2. Is there excessive machine noise or abnormal noise at the gear meshing point after starting up?

Stop the machine and check if the blade assembly is installed properly.

If there is a foreign object stuck on the blade, open the cover and reverse the axis screw to remove the foreign object.

Check if the blades on the blade assembly are damaged, and if they are, replace the blade assembly.
