Testing method for high-speed mechanical stability tester:
Firstly, dilute 100g of the sample with ammonia solution to achieve a solid content of 55% of the total mass fraction. Then, immediately heat the sample to 36-37 ℃ using a heating device while gently stirring. Then immediately filter the heated latex with a stainless steel wire mesh, weigh 80g of latex and place it in a container. Verify that the temperature of the latex should be at 35 ℃± 1 ℃. Place the latex in the designated position of the instrument for high-speed stirring and start timing until the endpoint is reached.

The judgment of the endpoint of the high-speed mechanical stability tester: Before reaching the endpoint, the vortex around the stirring rod becomes noticeably shallower, and the sound of the stirring device also changes. There are two methods to determine the endpoint:

Instrument usage guide:

After unpacking and removing the instrument, place it on the workbench. Rotate the feet to ensure that each foot is in stable contact with the workbench. Turn on the power and select the disc you need, tighten it onto the mixing shaft, pour the latex to be tested into a glass cup, place the cup on the instrument cup holder, move the cup holder to a fixed position and clamp it tightly. Click the "RUN" button on the controller to start the experiment. The default maximum speed of the instrument is 14000r/min (the maximum speed knob is set to 14000), which can be reached by setting it separately.
