Product Introduction
The AGA5000d laser online oxygen gas analyzer is based on TDLAS (Tunable Semiconductor Laser Absorption Spectroscopy) technology, which can effectively solve many problems in traditional online gas analysis techniques. It is a mature measuring device that uses laser of a specific wavelength to penetrate gas samples and analyze the absorption rate of oxygen to determine its concentration. Has multiple significant characteristics: high precision, fast response, and adaptive ability to temperature and pressure. Its stability and accuracy are crucial for applications that require continuous and real-time monitoring of oxygen, such as power plants, chemical industries, and environmental monitoring stations. Due to non-contact measurement, the instrument is maintenance free and operates stably for a long time, significantly reducing operating costs. It is a key tool for efficient and secure monitoring, helping various industries achieve the dual goals of precise control and environmental protection.
The entire device consists of three parts: preprocessing, sampling, and analysis. The preprocessing part uses graded filtration for dust removal and vortex refrigeration for cooling and water removal to ensure the lifespan and measurement accuracy of the analysis part. The detected gas content is provided to the user in a 4-20mA current signal for automatic process control of the system.
