The working pressure, pressing speed, and stroke range of this machine can be adjusted within the specified range as needed. And it can complete two process modes: upper pressing molding and fixed forming. In semi-automatic operation, both process modes have post pressing holding delay and automatic return action. The workbench is equipped with an ejector device in the middle, which can be used as a hydraulic pad for the molding process of stretched parts in addition to ejector products. 1. The main engine of the two beam four column hydraulic press is a two beam four column vertical structure, which consists of a body, a master cylinder, a stroke limit device, a lubrication device, a hydraulic power system, and an electrical system. The body is composed of an upper beam, a slider, a worktable, a column, a locking nut, a guide sleeve, etc. The slider moves in a straight line up and down along the four columns under the drive of the oil cylinder.

The lubrication of the friction pair adopts a hand-operated oil injection pump device, which has the characteristics of centralized lubrication and smooth oil supply.
4. The hydraulic cylinder of this two beam four column hydraulic press is a piston structure. The key seal of the cylinder is a national standard seal ring with good aging resistance and sealing performance. The cylinder body is 45 # abrasive tube with good internal hole finish. The large cylinder body is 45 # forged steel, and the plunger is 45 # round steel. The surface is chrome plated, which is rust proof and wear-resistant.
5. The hydraulic pipeline adopts cold drawn seamless steel pipes, which are installed after welding, polishing, pickling, neutralization, phosphating, cleaning, drying, oiling and other processes. The pipeline layout is clear and neat, and the bending radius of the high-pressure pipe is standardized. The high and low-pressure pipes have obvious color differentiation for easy maintenance. Flanged connections are used for diameters greater than 25 to reduce the occurrence of oil leakage in the whole machine.

Two beam four column hydraulic press composition:
1. Host part: The machine top and workbench are connected by four columns. The oil cylinder is installed on the inner hole at the bottom of the machine top, and the clamp is installed at the lower end of the oil cylinder plunger, which moves up and down together with the plunger. The four nuts on top of the machine are used to adjust the accuracy of the press.
2. Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system (pump station) of the two beam four column hydraulic press is installed on the right side of the main engine. The entire hydraulic control system is driven by a motor to input pressure oil into the high-pressure oil pump, which is then input into the oil cylinder through relief valves, solenoid valves, hydraulic control check valves, pressure gauges, pipelines, etc., causing the plunger of the oil cylinder to achieve up and down reciprocating motion.
