4usage method:
1Before installing the equipment, the constant temperature circulating water bath should be placed on a flat workbench for visual inspection: the appearance should be undamaged, the instrument appearance should be intact, the power cord should be undamaged, the plug should be intact, and the power switch should be flexible. Each device's power cord is connected to a single-phase three pole plug, with the electrode above the plug being the grounding wire. Users must use a power socket with a safety grounding when using it.
2Add an appropriate amount of water to the water tank before powering onIt is advisable to be 5-8cm away from the top cover.
3、Setting and use of digital temperature control instruments:
(1)Turn on the power switch, the power indicator light is on, turn on the heating switch,The temperature controller lights up, wait for about 20 seconds, the upper row displays the actual temperature inside the box, and the lower row displays the set temperature. Click the function key, the upper row displays sp, and the lower row displays the set temperature. Click △ or ▽ to select the working temperature. Click the function key again, the upper row displays st, and the lower row displays the time needed for heating. Click △ or ▽ to select the constant temperature timing time. If there is no need for timing, set the time to 00.00 to complete the setting. Click the function key again to exit, and the system will run according to the set parameters.
(2) Place the reagent bottle that needs to be heated inside the box (if using external circulation, please connect the circulation tube before heating), turn on the circulation switch, and water will circulate inside the box to ensure the uniformity of water temperature at all points inside the box.
(3) After the experiment is completed, first turn off the loop switch, then set the temperature to 0, turn off the heating switch, and finally turn off the power switch and cut off the power.
5matters needing attention:
1All technical indicators of this series of products have undergone actual operation inspection before leaving the factory. If the user needs to use a self provided thermometer (with certain accuracy) for measurement due to process requirements, the user's thermometer shall prevail. If there is a difference between the displayed value of the temperature control instrument and the thermometer, the user will adjust the displayed temperature and the actual temperature through the internal temperature control instrument.

Dry burning is strictly prohibited. 3Integral XTWhen using the pot, there must be a reliable grounding to ensure safe use. 4. If the water level is lower than the electric heating tube, it is not allowed to use it with electricity to prevent the electric heating tube from bursting and being damaged. 5. The water level should not be too high to avoid overflowing into the electrical box and damaging components. 6. Regularly check whether the screws of each contact are loose, and if they are loose, tighten them to maintain good contact of each electrical contact.
