(1) Pre separation: The dusty gas discharged from the shaft kiln enters the inlet manifold at the center of the bag filter through the flue, and under the negative pressure generated by the induced draft fan of the dust removal system, it uniformly enters the various bag chambers of the dust collector above the center of the ash hopper. The coarse particle dust in the dusty flue gas directly falls into the ash hopper due to the obstruction of the guide plate and its own gravity, completing the pre separation of dust.
(2) Filtering: Dust containing gas enters the filter bag through the flower plate hole, and the dust is trapped on the inner surface of the filter bag. The dust containing gas is purified by filtering through the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the bag chamber. Then, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the lifting switching valve exhaust channel and exhaust pipeline, and discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. This dust collector is a top outlet, negative pressure operated internal filter dust collector. The cleaning method can be divided into two types: fixed time and fixed resistance. Scheduled dust cleaning is a time program where each room automatically takes turns cleaning according to adjustable time parameters. The cleaning cycle of the dust collector can be adjusted in six stages within 0-2.5 hours, with each room cleaning time ranging from 10 seconds to 3 seconds per minute. The timed dust cleaning control is to sample the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the dust collector, and convert it into an electrical signal through a differential pressure transmitter to carry out dust cleaning. The working process is as follows: the inlet and outlet pressure measuring device, differential pressure transmitter, dust cleaning controller, relay, solenoid valve, cylinder lifting switching valve. In addition to the above two control methods, a manual control mechanism is also set up to manually control the normal dust cleaning. For the convenience of operation and management, it is recommended to use a timed dust cleaning method. 4、 The temperature control of the vertical kiln flue gas generally fluctuates within the range of 60-300 ° C, and the moisture content of the flue gas fluctuates within the range of 4-12%. In order to prevent the occurrence of serious accidents such as condensation and bag burning due to high temperature in the dust collector system, the following measures are taken:
(1) Insulation measures must be taken at the inlet pipe, body, and ash hopper of the dust collector to prevent condensation of the dust collector. (2) Temperature detection and automatic alarm devices are installed at the inlet and outlet of the dust collector, and a cold air inlet device is installed at the inlet. Once the flue gas exceeds the operating temperature range of the bag filter, an alarm will sound and automatic temperature control measures will be taken to ensure the safe operation of the dust collector.
(3) Electric heating and vibration devices have been installed on the ash hopper to avoid the problem of strong dust accumulation caused by low temperature.
