1、 Working principle:

3、 Scope of application:
The fully automatic filling machine is mainly suitable for filling liquids in washing, care, oral, skincare, disinfectant, foundation, antifreeze, shampoo, hair care, hand sanitizer, eye wash, nutrient solution, injection solution, pesticide, pharmaceutical, cleaning, shower gel, perfume, edible oil, lubricant and special industries.
Operation and maintenance of fully automatic filling machine:
1. Invert the filled liquid bottle and place it on the work basket, checking that the bottom of the bottle is aligned.
2. Place the vacuum basket in the vacuum chamber, cover the quick opening can lid and lock it.
3. Close the vent valve, inlet valve, turn on the vacuum pump, adjust the vacuum adjustment valve to achieve the required vacuum degree (depending on the trial filling volume), and step on the foot pedal to insert liquid into the bottom of the filled bottle.
4. Slowly open the inlet valve, and the liquid level inside the tank will rise. At the same time, open the vent valve to keep the liquid level between the levels specified in the sight glass.
When the pointer of the vacuum gauge is in the 0 state, it proves that the liquid filling is completed. Return the foot collapse plate and open the quick opening can lid to remove the fully filled liquid bottle.
