Product features: Skirt edge lifting conveyor belt（Wave shaped edge conveyor belt）Easy to design as a complete conveying system, avoiding intermittent conveying and complex lifting systems. Product structure: Skirt edge lifting conveyor belt (wavy edge belt), mainly composed of the following three parts:
1. High strength and wear-resistant base tape, with greater lateral stiffness and longitudinal flexibility;
2. High strength hot vulcanized rubber corrugated edge;
3. Horizontal partitions to prevent objects from sliding down;
The bottom and base of the edge and partition are thermally vulcanized into one, and the height of the edge and partition can reach 40-630mm. Canvas is added to the edge to enhance its tear resistance. The wavy edge belt is smooth and flexible, ensuring that the conveyor belt passes smoothly through the end and tail wheels;
Conveying capacity: Various forms of bulk materials can be conveyed horizontally, obliquely, and vertically with wavy edge belts, ranging from coal, ore, sand to fertilizers and grains. The particle size of the materials is not limited, and can range from very small particles to large particles of 400mm. The conveying capacity can range from 1 cubic meter/hour to 6000 cubic meters/hour;
