Application and characteristics of LRDGN-40 multifunctional strength tester
The LRDGN-40 multifunctional detector is used to test the bonding strength between decorative tiles, mosaics, and walls or floors in construction projects, as well as the strength of concrete.
This instrument is a small hydraulic force measuring device. When detecting the bonding strength of decorative tiles, tension is generated on the bonding material of the decorative tiles through three-point reaction support. The detection of concrete is based on the principle of post installation pull-out method, which calculates the concrete strength by measuring the force required to pull out the anchor placed inside the concrete. This instrument consists of a through type jack, a hand pump, a triangular chassis, and a force measuring device. It has the characteristics of dual-use, novel structure, compact size, easy operation, and complete functions.
The oil pump of the detector is loaded manually, and the rocker screw does not need to be shaken out in reverse in advance. It has the characteristics of small driving torque, comfortable and reasonable shaking direction, and continuous and uniform loading.
Using a microcontroller as the core intelligent data processor, the internal battery is rechargeable and has functions such as full digital display, automatic zeroing (which can eliminate measurement errors caused by friction in the hydraulic system), peak holding selection, storage of 500 pieces of data, and over range display.
