The LR-G200 integrated steel bar detector uses a multi coil layout, and the coils are charged by current pulses at regular intervals, thus generating a magnetic field. After entering a magnetic field, conductive materials generate eddy currents on their surfaces, which induce a reverse magnetic field. The instrument will use the resulting voltage changes for measurement. Mainly used for detecting the position, distribution and direction of steel bars, thickness of protective layer, and diameter of steel bars in concrete structures.

2. Work environment requirements:
Environmental temperature: -10 ℃~40 ℃
Relative humidity:<90% RH
Electromagnetic interference: no strong alternating electromagnetic field

Corrosion prevention: Necessary protective measures should be taken when used in damp, dusty, and corrosive gas environments.
3. Storage environment requirements:

Relative humidity:<90% RH
LR-G200 integrated steel bar detector should be regularly turned on and charged if not in use for a long time. The instrument should be placed in a ventilated, cool, and dry place, and should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a long time.
4. Avoid water ingress and use in strong magnetic field environments, such as near large electromagnets, transformers, frequency converters, etc.
5. Shock resistance: During use and handling, severe vibrations and impacts should be prevented.
6. Charging management: This instrument is powered by rechargeable lithium batteries. When the battery is low, it should be charged in a timely manner to avoid damaging the battery. Charging should be done using the dedicated charger provided with the instrument. Other models of adapters or chargers cannot be used to charge this instrument, otherwise it may cause damage to the battery.
7. Maintenance: After each use, the instrument should be properly cleaned to prevent dust from entering the instrument or connector, which may cause performance degradation or damage.
Maintenance and upkeep of LR-G200 integrated steel bar tester
1. Pre use inspection
The LR-G200 integrated steel bar testing instrument is turned on and enters any scanning mode to perform self calibration. Then, the instrument is scanned on the calibration device to observe whether the signal is normal.
2. Cleaning
This instrument does not have waterproof function, do not use a damp cloth to scrub! Do not use organic solvents to clean instruments and accessories! Please wipe the instrument and accessories with a clean, soft, dust-free cloth.
3. Battery
The instrument is powered by rechargeable lithium batteries, which can work continuously for about 24 hours when fully charged. When the instrument is low on battery, it will prompt low battery and automatically shut down when turned on. At this time, the instrument needs to be charged. To ensure complete charging, please keep charging continuously for 6-8 hours.
Precautions for on-site inspection of LR-G200 integrated steel bar tester
1. Due to rough or undulating detection surfaces that can affect detection accuracy, the scanning surface should be kept flat and free of high protrusions. If the surface is too rough to clean, a thin plate can be placed on the scanning surface and its thickness can be subtracted from the measurement results;
2. Try to keep the instrument moving slowly and uniformly during the scanning process;
3. The scanning direction of the instrument should be perpendicular to the direction of the steel bars, otherwise it may cause misjudgment or deviation in thickness determination;
4. For mesh steel bars, the upper steel bars should generally be positioned first, and then the lower steel bars should be positioned by measuring between the two upper steel bars;
5. When the LR-G200 integrated steel bar detector changes the detection environment or there is a significant error in the measurement results, the instrument should be calibrated for signal reset. It is recommended to perform signal reset calibration before each measurement. When resetting calibration, please stay away from ferromagnetic materials for air calibration to ensure calibration accuracy;
6. The instrument supports switching between large and small ranges, with high measurement accuracy for small ranges. It is recommended to use small ranges for testing as much as possible while meeting the measurement range requirements;
7. The design diameter in the measurement parameter settings must be entered correctly, otherwise there will be corresponding deviations in the thickness judgment.
