Working principle of Shengjie intelligent fogging machine humidifier:

The plunger pump pressurizes the water purified by the super filter to 7MPa, and delivers the pressurized water to the "ultra-fine" nozzle for atomization through a high-pressure thick wall pipeline. 3、 Pipeline

All pipelines in the entire system should not use ordinary steel pipes that are prone to rusting, but should use high-pressure seamless copper pipes, high-pressure seamless stainless steel pipes, and high-pressure seamless PE pipes.

It can be directly connected to the tap water pipe, but a super strong filter must be added to avoid solid particles in the water blocking the nozzle.

In cold regions, attention should be paid to taking anti freezing measures, such as outdoor installation of the host, and rainproof measures must be taken. After use, the remaining water in the pump should be drained to prevent freezing damage to the high-pressure pump.

It is strictly prohibited to use water pumps without water.

The installation height of the pipeline is recommended to be at least 3 meters above the ground and at least 0.5 meters above the ceiling of the house. On the one hand, in order to increase the vaporization distance of ultrafine mist particles in the air, and on the other hand, to prevent ultrafine mist particles from spraying onto obstacles and producing water droplets.

The optimal installation height angle for the nozzle is a horizontal upward tilt of 5-15 ℃.

The pipeline connecting the nozzle has a drop of 300M every 100M, and there should be a fixed point every 1M to prevent the pipeline from being used for a long time, causing bending and residual water to remain in the pipeline for a long time, forming sediment and blocking the nozzle.

Before starting up, please release the pressure regulating valve to a pressure free state. After starting up, slowly adjust the pressure regulating valve and observe the pressure displayed on the pressure gauge.

Add lubricating oil to the crankcase before the first operation of the high-pressure pump, and add it to the middle position of the two horizontal lines on the oil level gauge. Never fill it up. The lubricating oil of the high-pressure pump needs to be replaced after the first 80 hours of operation, and then every 300-380 hours thereafter,
