The UPFS-I series inorganic laboratory wastewater treatment device developed by Youpu Company is a specialized equipment for inorganic wastewater treatment in laboratories.
The UPFS-I series inorganic laboratory wastewater treatment device consists of wastewater classification and collection unit, wastewater regulation unit, wastewater deep treatment unit, sedimentation and separation unit, physical treatment unit, biological treatment unit, neutralization, and comprehensive wastewater purification unit. The comprehensive treatment of inorganic wastewater generated in the laboratory can effectively remove COD, BOD, SS, chromaticity, and heavy metal ions through chemical pretreatment, chemical deep treatment, precipitation, multi-stage disinfection and sterilization, filtration precipitation separation, and ultraviolet photocatalytic treatment processes. Different treatment technologies and control systems are used for wastewater treatment based on the composition of different experimental wastewater. The product has the advantages of advanced technology, high degree of automation, no need for dedicated personnel, good processing effect, small footprint, and convenient operation and management.
