1、 Product Overview
Metal tube float (metal rotor) flowmeter is a commonly used variable area flow measurement instrument in industrial automation process control, which has the characteristics of small volume, large detection range, and easy use. It can be used to detect the flow rate of various liquids and gases, especially suitable for measuring the flow rate of low velocity and small flow media.
The metal tube float (metal rotor) flowmeter consists of a measuring tube, a float, and an indicator. The float moves freely up and down in the measuring tube, changing the flow area in the pipeline. As the flow rate changes, the vertical position of the float in the measuring tube also changes accordingly. The position of the float is accurately transmitted to the dial of the indicator through a magnetic transmission system, indicating the change in flow rate value.
The LZ series metal tube float (metal rotor) flow meter has local indication and intelligent remote transmission types, with pointer display of instantaneous flow, LCD display of instantaneous and cumulative flow, standard 4-20mA current output, upper and lower limit alarm, HART protocol output and other functions, providing a wide selection space for different users.

6、 Alarm switch
Technical parameters and wiring of electric remote transmission signals
Pre value alarm switch sensor
The B1, B2, B3, B4 indicators can be equipped with 1 or 2 pre-set alarm switch sensors.

Two wire switches require connection to WE77 transistor amplifiers or equivalent products to output switch signals.
The three wire switch requires a voltage supply of 10-30VDC, and the switch signal is output through a built-in signal amplifier for direct application with the PLC.
