The spiral press machine is mainly suitable for conveying and dehydrating grid slag, and can be used in conjunction with grid cleaning machines and conveyors to remove the moisture from the slag picked up by the grid cleaning machine through pressing, in order to reduce the volume of slag and dirt.
The LY type screw press is mainly composed of a driving device, a pressing screw, a conveying pipe, a discharge pipe, wear-resistant lining strips, a drainage groove, etc. The slag enters the pressing tube from the feeding port and is squeezed before entering the discharge tube, while the wastewater is separated and enters the drainage tank to achieve separation. The lining is made of wear-resistant steel, which is both wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
The squeezing cylinder adopts a tubular structure with high strength and resistance to compression. It operates in a closed manner except for the inlet and outlet ports.
The squeezing screw adopts a shaft screw, and the blades are precision machined, welded and drawn from inner and outer circles to ensure pitch and concentricity.
