This device is used for manual simulation of rain tests, excluding rainfall with strong wind speeds, and does not consider the large amount of water ingress caused by the temperature difference between the test sample and the rainwater temperature.
This device can provide corresponding environmental simulation and accelerated testing for scientific research, product development, and quality control. The performance indicators of the equipment have reached the national standards GB 4208—2008 、GB/T 4942—93、 GB/T 2423.38－－2005、GB/T 10485－－2007 The requirements specified in the regulations.

Product Introduction: This product is designed and manufactured strictly in accordance with the IP protection level IPX3/IPX4. It is mainly used for testing and inspecting the protection of external lighting and signal devices, as well as automotive lamp housings. It is more suitable for artificial rain tests based on natural conditions, without strong wind speed rainfall, and does not consider the high temperature of the test piece or the large amount of water ingress caused by the temperature difference of rainwater for testing the protection level of lamp housings.

2、 Box design:
1. This equipment is designed to install a set of 400mm diameter swing tubes, which are bent from stainless steel pipes and can swing back and forth ± 180 degrees. At the same time, water controlled at a certain flow rate and pressure is sprayed out through the nozzle on the swing tube to conduct water tests on the test samples.
2. The transmission device for swinging the swing tube is designed reasonably, manufactured precisely, and easy to maintain. The rotation frequency is automatically controlled by the frequency converter, and the angle can be adjusted, making the operation simple. The sample rack turntable adopts a manual lifting device with a designed load capacity of 50 kilograms and can rotate 360 degrees horizontally. The speed is automatically controlled by a frequency converter and can be adjusted. The entire equipment is designed reasonably and durable. On the premise of complying with national standards and ensuring stable performance in all aspects, the equipment is more practical and easy to control.
3. The equipment is equipped with a set of water storage devices of considerable capacity to supply the swing pipe water spray required for the experiment. The water suction motor injects water pressure from the water tank into the pipeline, and maintains the specified flow rate and pressure by adjusting the pressure relief valve to spray from the nozzle of the swing pipe. If the experimental water can be partially recycled, the water sprayed through the nozzle can be filtered and reused in the storage tank. If the test water cannot be recycled, the laboratory must consider drainage to quickly discharge the test water without accumulating water.
