I. Overview
The liquid level switch is mainly composed of a guide rod with a built-in reed switch and a float with magnetic steel. When the float rises or falls with the measured liquid level/interface, the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet inside the float drives the reed switch to act, achieving the switching action. Due to the fact that the reed switch contacts are completely sealed in glass filled with inert gas, no electrical sparks are generated when the contacts are turned on or off, making the control quite safe. It has a compact structure, high reliability and stability, simple adjustment, easy installation, long service life, explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant and other characteristics.

Application:
1. The float level control switch is used for measuring the liquid level of open and pressurized containers for media such as oil, water, sewage, acid, alkali, etc. in industries such as civil construction, sewage treatment, and water purification. Control the addition (discharge) of liquid and the upper and lower limit alarm, or automatically start and stop the pump to achieve unmanned automatic monitoring of drainage and ensure pump safety.
2. Liquid level switches are applied in various fields such as household appliances, including fully automatic washing machines, water dispensers, water boilers, dishwashers, household and commercial electric heaters, and medicinal liquids. They transmit signals remotely to sealed containers, storage tanks, open containers, pools, and other containers for on-site indication and liquid level monitoring. They control the liquid level by controlling the start and stop of pumps or valve switches, or by triggering high and low liquid level alarms.
3. Liquid level switch is a telecommunication control device used for the liquid level height of automobiles and industrial equipment. 4、 Installation, use and precautions |
1. Rotate the switch in the designated direction according to the end face markings to ensure that the side mounted floating ball rotates flexibly up and down;
For single point liquid level switches, N.O or N.C switch forms can be converted by inverting the float end face. LSAZ side mounted liquid level switch, in N.O or N.C switch form, can be switched by rotating the switch 180 ° according to the end face mark.
