LQ40-1 valve electric device 1、 Application of LQ40-1 Valve Electric Device The LQ40-1 valve electric device is suitable for small and medium-sized butterfly valves, ball valves, and plug valves. Rotary valves are similar equipment. The electric device of this valve is assembled with the valve to form an electric valve, which is used to control the opening and closing of the valve. Operators can remotely control valves from the control room or manually operate them on site. This product is widely used in water supply and drainage, heating, power plants, chemical, food, textile, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, ships, steel, coal and other engineering projects that use pipeline valves.
2、 Structure of LQ40-1 Valve Electric Device The LQ40-1 valve electric device series mainly consists of a motor, a reduction mechanism, a stroke control mechanism, a torque control mechanism, an opening indicator mechanism, a handwheel, and a mechanical limit mechanism. 1. Motor: Valve specific motor with a rated operating time of 10 minutes. 2. Reduction mechanism: The reduction mechanism consists of a first stage spur gear pair and a - stage 2K-H planetary gear system. 3. Travel control mechanism: adopts cam mechanism. The camshaft is synchronized with the output shaft, and two micro switches are installed in the on and off directions, one for controlling the motor power supply and the other for turning on the indicator light. The two camshafts above control the fully open position of the valve, while the two camshafts below control the fully closed position of the valve. When the valve reaches the end of its travel, the cam triggers the micro switch, and the motor stops rotating. The stroke of the valve can be changed by adjusting the position of the cam relative to the camshaft. The fastening screw on the cam is in a relaxed state when the product leaves the factory. 4. Torque control mechanism: Adopting a worm axial displacement mechanism, the worm shaft is equipped with a butterfly spring, and the axial displacement of the worm is converted into the rotation of the camshaft through the crank. The deflection angle of the cam is proportional to the output torque. When the output torque reaches the set output torque, the cam triggers the micro switch, causing the motor to stop rotating and the accident indicator light to turn on. 5. Opening indicator mechanism: used to indicate the degree of valve opening on site. The top of the cam pointer shaft in the travel control mechanism is equipped with a dial. There is a potentiometer installed on the side of the camshaft for indicating the opening of the control room, and a pair of acceleration straight tool wheels are connected between the camshaft and the potentiometer. 6. Handwheel: The side of the box is equipped with a handwheel. This product has a fully automatic switching mechanism for manual and electric switching, without a handle for switching. 7. Mechanical limit mechanism: The function of the mechanical limit mechanism is to restrict the valve's switch components (butterfly plate, valve ball, etc.) within a certain working range, so that they cannot rotate freely, facilitating the installation of the valve on the pipeline and determining the position of the valve switch components in the pipeline. The mechanical limit mechanism is equipped with an adjustable screw in both the opening and closing directions. Please note: Mechanical limit mechanisms cannot be used to control the opening and closing limit positions of valves.
