1、 Purpose: This chlorine gas alarm is suitable for large and small water plants, hospitals, property management companies, etc. for measuring, displaying, and alarming chlorine gas leaks.
2、 Main features: The chlorine gas alarm adopts an industrial control microcontroller as the main control component, with a high degree of intelligence. The chlorine gas alarm has:
1. Alarm control setting: The upper limit control value of chlorine gas can be set within the full range.
2. All digital operation: The chlorine gas alarm is set using button operation.
3. The chlorine gas alarm consists of a chlorine gas sensor and a display alarm. The chlorine gas sensor is installed on site and connected to the display alarm in the duty room through a cable. The duty room can monitor chlorine leakage at any time. The alarm also has sound and light alarms and relay outputs, making it convenient for users to form various sound alarms or exhaust systems.
3、 Basic performance:
1. Usage conditions: Power supply voltage 220V, frequency 50Hz
2. Display alarm range: 0-20ppm, output 4-20mA.
3. Output characteristics: 4-20mA output, electronic buzzer alarm.
4、 Attention:
Due to the fact that chlorine gas has a specific gravity of 2.8 and is heavier than air, chlorine gas sensors should generally be installed on walls 30CM above the ground or near gas sources that are prone to chlorine gas leakage.
2. Please keep the chlorine gas sensor clean and regularly check it during use. Within one year of leaving the factory (6 months for electrochemical components), if there are non-human quality problems with the chlorine gas alarm, our company is responsible for warranty.
5、 Installation of chlorine gas sensor:
Unscrew the four gong wires of the chlorine gas sensor, install the chlorine gas sensor on a wall 30CM above the ground, and fix it with four 6mm plastic expansion gong wires, with the wire connectors facing upwards. Loosen the wire connector and connect the 0.5mm square 2-core shielded wire. Connect the+(red line) to pin 2 of the instrument and the - (black line) to pin 11 of the instrument, as shown in the figure below. Then tighten the shielded wire of the wire connector to prevent the chlorine gas sensor from being corroded and damaged by chlorine gas. Finally, tighten the four screws of the chlorine gas sensor and remove the sensor protective cover. 8, 9, and 10 of the instrument are external alarm relay contacts, and users can choose to connect fans or other equipment themselves.
