It supports dual rack or single rack redundancy, and uses dual channel gigabit fiber optic to achieve real-time synchronization between the main and backup processors. The system supports multiple modes of self diagnosis, and automatically switches to the backup processor without disturbance when a fault is detected in the main processor, ensuring that the production process is not affected.

It can provide main control units and network units using trusted computing technology, and has encrypted communication functions using national encryption algorithms.

  We can provide main control modules and IO modules using domestically produced multi-core CPUs and key chips, with complete intellectual property rights for configuration programming software and online control software, supporting domestic operating systems, and meeting strict requirements for localization.

  The system supports cross regional network remote deployment mode, with up to 120 groups of local IO units, extended IO units, and remote IO units. The maximum number of IO channels per group of IO units can reach 128, and the total number of IO channels in the entire system can reach 15360.
