structure

The LGD linear guide is mainly made of lightweight aluminum alloy, with a linear optical axis embedded on each side. The four rollers inside the slider roll and run on the optical axis, and both the optical axis and the rollers undergo heat treatment and grinding, resulting in a balanced operation and good wear resistance. Especially suitable for use in logistics transportation, factory automation production lines, and other occasions.

Basically made of high-quality aluminum alloy, with surface oxidation treatment and chrome plating treatment on the optical axis surface.

slider

The slider is made of high-quality aluminum alloy and has undergone surface oxidation treatment. Four rollers are double channel precision ball bearings. The bolts connecting the roller and slider base are two concentric structures and two eccentric structures. The cover plates at both ends of the slider are equipped with lubricating cotton.
