The LDC type plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter (Shanghai Shiye Automation Instrument Co., Ltd.) is a new type of flow instrument developed on the basis of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter. It retains the advantages of pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter, and addresses the difficulties and high costs of installing pipeline electromagnetic flowmeter on pipelines. Based on the principle of NIKURADS, it uses electromagnetic method to measure the average flow velocity of fluid and obtain the volume flow rate of fluid. Especially with the use of pressurized opening and installation technology, the plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter can be installed without stopping the water supply, and can also be installed on cast iron and cement pipelines. The successful development of an insertable electromagnetic flowmeter provides a new means for detecting fluid flow.Product Features
◆The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter has the advantages of simple installation, uninterrupted flow, on-site pressurized opening, and absolute installation and price advantages in official flow detection;
◆Suitable for liquid flow detection with conductivity above 5us/cm, such as water, sewage, acid, strong alkali, etc. The change in conductivity does not affect the change in performance, and it is highly adaptable to complex fluid changes. Especially suitable for flow measurement of water supply and drainage pipelines;
◆The flowmeter has no mechanical movable parts, and the converter adopts optimized design, with a tight structure and easy installation. The converter and sensor are interchangeable and can freely change the measurement range (0.5m/s~10m/s);
◆The detection of flow rate is only related to the insertion depth, so this flowmeter has wide universality and strong interchangeability. One model can meet the fluid measurement requirements of various specifications of pipelines;
◆Can be connected to any standard secondary instrument;
◆4-20mA current output;
◆Can set pulse output;
◆RS485 interface, HART communication protocol, MODBUS protocol;
◆Automatic range switching function. When the flow meter changes its flow range, the range can be automatically switched to ensure accurate measurement throughout the entire range;
◆Positive and negative flow calculation function. Users can choose between forward or reverse measurement (factory default is forward measurement);
◆Upper and lower limit alarms. Users can set upper and lower instantaneous flow rates as needed. When the flow rate exceeds the set upper or lower limit, the buzzer will sound an alarm or a relay will output (optional for users);
◆Air traffic control alarm. In working condition, when the flowmeter measures the empty pipe inside the tube and the instantaneous flow rate is zero, an alarm is displayed in the upper right corner;
◆Power off protection, the calculation results of the flowmeter and the parameters set by the user will not be lost after power off, and the EEPROM can save the set parameters and cumulative values;
◆Small signal cutoff function. Users can set the lower limit voltage or lower limit flow rate through the display panel to cut off interference small signals;
◆The instrument applies the principle of "automatic zeroing" to eliminate electrochemical interference signals and achieve zero point self stabilization;
◆The converter and sensor have multiple protection levels and installation methods, including IP68 suitable for submersible installation.
