A good production process ishigh-qualityHow is the Jilu Cheng brand UV sterilizer produced to ensure the quality of the UV sterilizer? I will introduce the production process of Jilu Cheng brand ultraviolet sterilizer from the following aspects.

1Prepare high-quality raw materials based on the selected UV sterilizer model by the customer. All water related parts use SUS304 or abovestandardStainless Steel Products. Adopting national standard CNC technologyflangeStainless steel plates are made of small tolerance Taiyuan Iron and Steel brand. Select imported or domestically produced ultraviolet sterilization lamps and matching electronic ballasts.

2CNC cutting. Fiber laser cutting equipment is used to cut the plates, pipes, and heads required for the production of ultraviolet disinfectors. Nitrogen gas is used as a protective gas during the cutting process to ensure the cutting effect is free of burrs and oxidation. At the same time, CNC bending machines are used to produce supporting components such as distribution boxes and support legs.

3After laser cutting is completed, the cavity and inlet/outlet of the ultraviolet sterilizer are made using a CNC rolling machine.

4Use a longitudinal seam automatic welding machine for welding operations. The welding of the ultraviolet disinfection chamber requires adjusting the appropriate welding current and welding speed according to the thickness of the plate, and the weld bead is protected by argon gas on both sides. It is better to have uniform and consistent fish scale patterns, and the weld bead should be cash yellow.

With the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the continuous strictness of water quality standards, traditional water treatment technologies (including ultraviolet disinfection templates) are no longer able to meet the new water quality requirements. The current technical challenges mainly include three aspects: the problem of disinfection by-products generated by widely used chlorine disinfection, the problem of chlorine resistance of Giardia and Cryptococcus, the increasing amount of organic matter, especially recalcitrant organic pollutants, in water, and the difficulty in removing them using conventional biological treatment methods.
