Product Introduction

A single component room temperature vulcanized sealant synthesized by advanced technology using silicone rubber as the main raw material. Rapid sulfurization at room temperature; Good thixotropy, non flowing, non corrosive and non polluting components; Excellent gas, water, and oil sealing performance; Excellent electrical insulation performance and aging resistance; Good temperature resistance; Good flexibility, high elongation, can replace all gaskets.

Scope of application:

Sealing and seismic resistance for various mid to high end automobiles, sedans, motorcycles, ship engines, water pumps, manifolds, valve covers, oil pans, gearboxes, thermostats, internal combustion engines, etc. It is also used for static sealing of hardware, machinery, electronics, and chemical equipment.

Performance indicators:

Appearance: Blue, delicate and uniform paste like substance

Sulfurization type: Ketoxime type Surface drying time: 10-30 minutes (room temperature)

Deep vulcanization time: 1-2mm/day

Operating temperature: -60~+260 ℃

Pressure resistance: Room temperature: ≥ 10MPa

Shelf life: stored in a cool and ventilated place, can last up to 12 months

Instructions for use

Wipe off the moisture and oil stains on the parts that need to be sealed; Apply the adhesive evenly onto the sealed surface or thread; Let it sit at room temperature for about 5-10 minutes; Close the sealing surface and tighten the bolts for assembly.

Notes:Tighten the rubber cap after use to maintain sealing; Do not enter and do not allow children to come into contact.
