High density polyethylene structure wall hot winding pipe is a new type of irregular structure wall pipe made by high-density polyethylene hot winding molding process. The product is made of high-density polyethylene resin (HDPE) as raw material, with PP or PE corrugated pipes as auxiliary support pipes, and produced using hot winding molding technology as high-density polyethylene large-diameter winding reinforcement pipes. Because this type of pipeline was originally introduced by a domestic company from the German Kra company, it is commonly referred to as Kra pipe in China. The official name of this type of pipeline in China is high-density polyethylene structural wall hot state winding pipe, and the national standard is GB/T 19472.2-2004 B-type structural wall pipe. This product is an environmentally friendly and safe product with advantages such as light weight, strong pressure bearing capacity, high interface quality, long service life, corrosion resistance, high environmental stiffness, and convenient construction. It is widely used in urban water supply, drainage, long-distance water transmission, and agricultural irrigation projects. The diameter ranges from DN300-DN4000, with lightweight pipes and good overall flexibility. It is currently the preferred main pipe for buried sewage and drainage.
