1. Product Introduction
MD150 Mantou cutter is a kind of reciprocating Mantou cutter carefully designed by our factory after extensive market research and repeated tests and studies based on user opinions. This machine is suitable for repeatedly kneading and pressing the dough with proper thickness and width by the dough pressing machine and continuous feeding. After pressing, rolling, conveying and cutting, Mantou is shaped with a strong sense of hierarchy and accurate weight, which can significantly improve the whiteness of Mantou. After steaming, the taste is strong, the hierarchy is clear, and the quality is improved, which is favored by consumers.
2. Structural features and working principle
2.1 Structural Features
2.1.1 The knife cutting Mantou machine mainly consists of a frame, a pressing part, a conveying part, a curling part and a cutting part.
2.1.2 The pressing and conveying parts, as well as the electric motor, transmit power to the rolling rollers and conveyor belt rollers through chain transmission.
2.1.3 Rolling part: The electric motor drives the rolling surface through a chain transmission through a gear reducer.
2.1.4 Cut off section: The electric motor drives the electromagnetic clutch through a V-belt transmission, and the continuous rotation is converted into intermittent motion through electronic circuit control. The rotating motion is then converted into reciprocating motion through an eccentric wheel mechanism to drive the cutter.
2.2 Working principle: The dough with appropriate thickness and width that has been fully kneaded and pressed is continuously fed into the rolling mill. The dough is transported to the rolling part by the conveyor belt, and by adjusting the angle between the rolling mill and the conveyor belt, the dough is rolled into a cylindrical shape and sent to the cutting part. The cut flour column is sent out by the conveyor belt to become a rectangular Mantou billet with accurate weight and beautiful appearance.
