overview
The KAN-GEN-LIN-STR rapid detection test strip has the characteristics of convenience, speed, and sensitivity, and is suitable for on-site large-scale sample detection. There are four detection lines (kanamycin (T1), gentamicin (T2), lincomycin (T3), and streptomycin (T4)) and one quality control line (C) distributed on the nitrocellulose membrane of the test strip. After dissolving the gold labeled antibody in the micropores with milk sample, incubate at 50 ℃ for 3 minutes, insert the test strip into the gold labeled micropores and react for 5 minutes. Compare the color intensity of the T and C zones to determine the results. Regardless of the presence or absence of kanamycin, gentamicin, lincomycin, or streptomycin in the sample, a purple red band will appear in the C region.
