Using fully galvanized sheet metal, molded into molds, adjustable frame structure, and pulley can be rotated left and right for use. 1. The shell is made of galvanized steel plate without welding seams as a whole, with a generous appearance.
2. The tilting impeller is a forward multi wing arc-shaped blade, which is riveted to the front and middle plates, and is made of galvanized sheet metal with precision. The backward tilting impeller is a backward arc shaped blade, which is fixed and welded with a special fixture to the front and middle plates. To ensure the accuracy of the impeller, all parts of the impeller are stamped and formed in one go using a mold, and after assembly, they are subjected to static and dynamic balance correction.
3. High quality carbon structural steel is selected as the material, which has undergone secondary critical speed verification during design. It has high strength, good rigidity, and good stability.
4. The air outlet is made of galvanized sheet metal and processed by molds. It is installed on both sides of the fan and has a curved cross-section parallel to the axial direction, ensuring smooth airflow and minimal loss.
5. We accept imported bearings or high-quality bearings from domestic famous brands, which are reliable in quality, durable, have a long service life, and operate smoothly.
6. By rotating with a V-belt, the diameter of the pulley can be changed to obtain a large number of working conditions, thus fully meeting the requirements of air conditioning fans for air volume and pressure.
