Product details
1、 System Introduction
The KST3000 vehicle mounted video surveillance system is mainly used in transportation industries such as public transportation, long-distance transportation, special vehicles, and railways. It uses wireless channels such as 3G to achieve real-time video monitoring of vehicles, while obtaining GPS (Global Positioning System) information to monitor and manage vehicle operation routes. It also applies GIS (Geographic Information System) for positioning and trajectory display on vector maps.
This system can remotely monitor videos inside and outside vehicles in real-time, regulate driver behavior, reduce accidents, and provide the most intuitive and convenient operational information for the transportation industry. It helps optimize routes, effectively schedule vehicles, and improve service quality. Through this system, the police can quickly obtain real-time videos of the interior of the vehicle, effectively combating crimes on board and ensuring the safety of passengers' property and personal safety.
As a wireless application mode of the public security monitoring system, this system can remotely monitor the surrounding and driving conditions of police cars, timely obtain vehicle alarm information, and issue commands for dispatch and response. The video data is managed through a removable hard drive, and can be overlaid with video loading time, vehicle number, GPS information, and watermark information, becoming a powerful basis for law enforcement, thereby improving the comprehensiveness, convenience, timeliness, and pre control of public security law enforcement.
This system can also be used in some areas that are not convenient for network deployment or portable applications, such as scenic area monitoring, forest monitoring, and emergency response.

Overall structure diagram of vehicle mounted video surveillance
This system is divided into two parts:
1. Vehicle monitoring part
The vehicle monitoring terminal consists of a camera, a vehicle DVR with 3G function, and peripheral devices. The camera is responsible for collecting video data, which is encoded and processed by the vehicle DVR. The encoded data is transmitted to the monitoring center through wireless channels such as 3G.
2. Monitoring Center
Install corresponding server systems and platform software in the monitoring center to achieve unified monitoring and management of vehicles, platforms, and yards, and distribute data and video streams for staff to monitor. The actual application system will include multiple servers, mainly including management servers, recording servers, streaming media forwarding servers, and several application servers.
3、 Functional Features
1. Realize video monitoring and recording of the inside and outside of the vehicle through wireless channels (3G, CDMA, GPRS, EDGE, WLAN).
2. Support the combination of multiple window modes such as images, videos, and maps.
3. You can directly click on GPS trajectory points on the electronic map to obtain a real-time floating video monitoring window, realizing sand table style video monitoring and supporting camera 3D positioning control.
4. Support image based monitoring and management, the system can set up image servers, support image storage, query and other functions.
5. Support image or video rotation, and set rotation plans.
6. Support two-way voice intercom and on-site monitoring.
7. Provide a comprehensive vector electronic map, which not only has basic map operations, but also has advanced functions such as querying, measuring, editing, and site addition. It supports PGIS system, corrected GOOGLE maps, and MAPINFO maps.
8. Monitor and manage vehicle routes through GPS and GIS systems, providing vector electronic maps for users to locate and query. The system can inform users of nearby landmark buildings based on map information, making it easier for users to determine the vehicle's location.
9. Automatic alarm for theft alarms, fire alarms, speeding, fatigue driving, exceeding restricted areas, and long-term blockages to prevent accidents in advance. It supports manual alarm and can be further connected to devices such as driving recorders as alarm signal sources.
10. Quickly respond to alarms and anomalies, with comprehensive video linkage functions, providing vehicle operation information, trajectory information, and video information to assist staff in analysis and processing.
11. By using video analysis tools to reproduce the situation at the time of the incident, suspicious videos can be quickly located by querying based on the alarm event. It can be queried by time, and several channels of the same car can be played simultaneously for the convenience of staff comparison and analysis. It supports fast forward, slow play, rewind, and frame by frame playback.
12. Various vehicle operation information, trajectory information, and video information are compiled into a unified report for leaders and staff to query at regular intervals.
13. It has comprehensive vehicle management information and can independently build vehicle and driver databases, making it easy for staff to search for important information.
14. Supports Chinese, English, and Traditional Chinese versions.
15. It can be equipped with a tablet computer for mobile monitoring and 3G video intercom, suitable for 3G command and dispatch applications.
