1. Our company should dispatch experienced and healthy personnelcallTechnical personnel provide technical services at the work site.
2. Our company is responsible for equipment debugging, technical training, and other related work. Our company should complete the training and assessment of 2 technical personnel appointed by Party A on site before equipment installation. All personnel who pass the operation assessment will be issued a certificate of qualification by our company.
3. Both parties agree that through online video communication, they can better support Party A's on-site production, operation, maintenance, and repair work, achieving timely, efficient, and fast service from our company. To achieve the above objectives, Party A will ensure that the equipment usage site has the conditions for online video conferencing. At the same time, our company promises to reply to Party A's service requirements within 30 minutes and organize experts to assist and support Party A's on-site work through online video, so that our company can accurately and intuitively understand the on-site situation and problems in the first time, and directly guide on-site problem-solving.
4. In order to improve the operational efficiency of the equipment on the site of Party A and reduce the failure rate of the equipment, our company promises to regularly send personnel free of charge to Party A's site for proactive follow-up within two years after the contract is signed, to understand the operation of the equipment, and provide technical support and services. Similarly, Party A promises that all personnel operating and maintaining the equipment must be trained and assessed by our company and have obtained a certificate of qualification issued by our company.
5. Within 10 days after the contract takes effect, Party A will provide our company with (the roll film/cans and materials provided by Party A for testing, sealing and final product packaging that are consistent with Party A's packaging site) for equipment debugging at our manufacturing plant and on-site testing and acceptance by Party A before equipment shipment. The transportation costs of materials and packaging materials shall be borne by Party A.
6. When the equipment arrives at the site of Party A, if there is any damage or loss of packaging boxes or items, Party A must notify our company and work with the carrier to jointly verify and confirm the damage or loss of the equipment. Otherwise, our company is not responsible for the damage or loss of the equipment.
7. After the equipment arrives at the site of Party A, both parties shall open the box, count and sign for it togetherkosterThe equipment delivery and unpacking receipt shall be provided, and Party A shall be responsible for moving the equipment to the installation site and placing it in place. The cost shall be borne by Party AThe equipment that has been counted by both parties and signed for by Party A shall belong to Party A. Party A shall be responsible for providing the vulnerable and consumable parts (such as ribbons, fuses, belts, etc.) required for the installation, commissioning, and trial operation of the equipment on Party A's site.
8. The first party shall complete the following tasks before our company implements installation and commissioning: the necessary items for the commissioning equipment that belong to the first party's implementation, as well as other necessary conditions beyond the items listed in this contract that are not undertaken by our company, so that our company can enter commissioning normally. If the installation or commissioning is delayed or the equipment is damaged due to the fault of Party A, Party A shall bear the losses caused thereby (including travel and accommodation expenses incurred by our installation and commissioning personnel for unplanned installation and commissioning).
9. Our company must be responsible for equipment debugging and ensuring that the equipment meets the quality indicators stipulated in this contract. If the equipment cannot be installed and debugged due to the fault of Party A, our company should understand and cooperate with support. If Party A agrees that installation and commissioning cannot be carried out within thirty days after our written notice, the equipment shall be deemed to have passed the acceptance inspection. At the same time, both parties understand that our company's planned resources need to be rearranged and adjusted.
