The KDF, KTF, and KKF series air conditioning centrifugal fans have the characteristics of high efficiency, low noise, low speed, compact structure, large air volume, and flat curves. 1. The casing is made of high-quality galvanized sheet connected by bite joints, with an aerodynamic shape. The air inlet is streamlined and stamped as a whole, with good fluid dynamics characteristics, reducing inlet eddy currents and noise.
2. The impeller is made of high-quality galvanized sheet and aluminum alloy, which are cold stamped. The blades are designed with a strong forward direction and have undergone dynamic and static balance correction, ensuring smooth operation and high strength.
3. The frame is made of angle steel profiles with seamless splicing, and has sufficient rigidity. The surface is treated with spray coating, with bright and beautiful colors. There are mounting holes around the frame, which can be used for air outlet between 0 degrees, 90 degrees, 180 degrees, and 270 degrees, making installation extremely convenient.
4. The spindle is made of high-quality 40Cr and undergoes rough and fine machining as well as quenching and tempering treatment to improve rigidity and toughness, prevent deformation, and undergo surface coating treatment for rust prevention.

2. To meet the noise requirements of different places, fans can be equipped with mufflers of different lengths, and the soundproof box of the fan can also be thickened to reduce fan noise.
3. Fans should be equipped with primary, medium, or high-efficiency filters to improve air cleanliness. When configuring filters, actual pressure loss should be considered and the length of the fan casing should be appropriately increased.
