K-type armored thermocouple manufacturerPre place the thermoelectric electrode material and high-temperature insulation material in a metal protective tube, use the proportional compression and extension process, and integrate these three into one to make armored couples of various diameters and specifications. Cut appropriate lengths of armored couples, weld the working end to configure a junction box, and then the thermocouple is armored. It can be used as a thermocouple in certain temperature measurement applications, or as a component to replace the assembled components of ceramic bead sleeves in ordinary industrial thermocouples. The thermocouple wires inside the armored thermocouple are tightly wrapped in high-temperature insulation material, isolated from the outside air, and have good resistance to high-temperature oxidation, low-temperature condensation, and mechanical external force impact. So, it can accommodate one, two, or even three pairs of thermoelectric dipoles with the same properties in a smaller cross-sectional area without shortening its service life due to thinner wires.
