The juice/tea beverage filling machine integrates flushing, filling, and capping, and operates automatically throughout the entire process. It is mainly suitable for hot filling of juice, tea, and other beverages. This machine is equipped with a comprehensive temperature control system and reflux system, as well as a sophisticated automatic cleaning system and control program. All parts in contact with liquids are made of high-quality stainless steel materials and food grade rubber.
Main performance of the equipment:
The whole machine adopts a suspended bottle mouth conveyor structure, making the entire line more reliable in transporting bottles. Different bottle types only require adjusting the height of the conveyor belt and a small amount of accessory changes, making it faster and easier to replace bottle types;
The filling machine adopts the principle of micro negative pressure gravity filling, which is fast, stable, and accurate. It is equipped with a complete temperature control system and material reflux system, which can meet the requirements of hot filling technology below 95 ℃. The filling valve and material inlet and outlet pipelines have no sanitary dead corners, and it is also equipped with a CIP automatic cleaning interface. Before sealing, there is a bottle mouth flushing device to ensure that the bottle mouth is free of liquid contamination and prevent mold;
★ Spring type flushing pliers, the empty bottle automatically flips 180 ° along the track to flush the inside of the bottle. The flushing nozzle of this machine adopts a plum blossom shaped porous design to thoroughly flush the corners of the bottle bottom, resulting in high flushing efficiency;
The capping machine adopts the technology of a French company, and the capping head is a magnetic torque capping machine. The capping process adopts secondary downward grabbing to ensure the accuracy of capping. The tightening torque of the cap is infinitely adjustable, and the plastic cap can be tightened with a constant torque without damaging the cap, ensuring a tight and reliable seal;
The rotary capping device adopts pneumatic capping, which has the functions of not damaging the surface of the capping, sending a signal when there is a missing capping in the hopper, and controlling the capping machine to automatically replenish the capping;
The whole machine adopts technologies such as human-machine interface touch screen control, PLC computer program control, and frequency converter control. It has functions such as automatic control of the supply cap system, automatic detection of filling temperature, material high temperature alarm, low temperature shutdown and automatic reflux, no bottle cover, waiting for missing bottles, and stopping due to missing caps.
