Product Overview:
　　The Y2-400 series low-voltage high-power three-phase asynchronous motor is a fully enclosed self fan cooled (TEFC) high-power three-phase asynchronous motor independently developed by Jiuzhou Puhui Fan Fan. It is an improvement and extension of the Y2 series motor. This series of electric motors combines advanced technologies of the same type of motors at home and abroad, using new materials, new technologies, and high manufacturing levels. The installation dimensions and power registration comply with IEC international standards. It has the advantages of compact results, beautiful appearance, low noise, small vibration, and high reliability. It can be widely used to drive various general-purpose machinery, such as water pumps, compressors, coal mills, conveyors, cutting machines, etc. The stator winding of this series of motors adopts F-class insulation and has undergone VPI vacuum pressure impregnation treatment, resulting in a large temperature rise margin and long service life of the motor; The rotor adopts cast aluminum technology or reliable copper bar welding, which is reliable and durable; And a positive temperature coefficient thermistor is installed inside the stator coil of the motor, so that users can control the temperature of the motor during use and prevent the motor from burning out due to overheating.
Usage conditions:
1. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
2. Environmental temperature: -15~40 ℃.
3. Working mode: Continuous work system (S1).
4. The rated voltage is 380V or 660V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, the allowable variation range of the rated voltage is ± 5%, and the allowable variation range of the rated frequency is ± 1%.
5. The electric motor is driven by a coupling.
6. The protection level of the motor casing is IP54 (see GB/T4942.1).
7. The cooling method for the electric motor is IC411 (see GB/T1993).
