Product Introduction

GDYK-60The digital atmospheric sampler adopts a thin film pump produced in Germany, and uses a single-chip microcomputer to feedback constant current control the pump speed to stabilize the gas flow rate. The instrument has a sampling volume setting and real-time display of the sampling volume, as well as an alarm function for the end of sampling.

Sampling preparation of atmospheric sampler

l Take out the support frame of the atmospheric sampler, adjust the sampler support frame according to the sampling requirements, install the sampler on the support frame and fix it properly. The height of the atmospheric sampler from the ground can be freely adjusted up and down through the knob on the tripod.

l Open the aluminum alloy carrying case, remove the atmospheric sampler and bubble absorption tube support bracket, hang the bubble absorption tube support bracket on the stainless steel tubes at the inlet and outlet of the atmospheric sampler, then clean the bubble absorption tube and insert it into the support bracket.

l Connect one end of the white silicone tube to the air outlet of the bubble absorption tube, and insert the other end of the white silicone tube directly into the air inlet of the atmospheric sampler to prevent air leakage at the connection.

l Turn on the power switch of the atmospheric sampler, the flow indicator light will turn on, and the LCD screen will display a sampling volume of 5 liters. Select the sampling volume (5-20 liters) by pressing the and keys based on the gas concentration at the sampling location. The atmospheric sampler automatically stops after sampling to the set volume.

Operation method of atmospheric sampler

Turn on the black power switch on the left side of the sampler, and first see that the volume is displayed as 5 liters. Set the sampling volume by pressing the button. Then press the (run) key to start sampling, while displaying the sampling volume. If you want to pause sampling, press the (+/Pause) key. After the sampling starts, adjust the flow knob to make the float in the flow indicator stay in the upper and lower scale lines (properly adjust the knob to keep the float in the two scale lines during the sampling process). At the end of sampling, the atmospheric sampler emits a beep sound and automatically stops sampling.
