I. Overview
The characteristics of this instrument are small size, lightweight design, compact and precise structure, easy to carry and use. It is suitable for small rivers, shallow waters of large rivers, irrigation and drainage channels, water conservancy investigations, runoff experiments, etc. It is widely used for measuring the efficiency of small and medium-sized pump stations in pipe flow measurement and hydraulic machinery efficiency experiments, as well as for sewage monitoring and seepage flow measurement in environmental protection departments.
This instrument, as the JZYG-CBL-1 pump station flowmeter, was evaluated by the Ministry of Water and Electricity in July 1983. It was unanimously recognized that this instrument is used for flow detection in small and medium-sized single pump stations. It has the advantages of simple installation, easy operation, stable performance, reliable operation, and accuracy that meets the international standard ISO-2548-73 "Flow Testing" C-level accuracy. After nationwide promotion and use, users unanimously believe that it has the characteristics of low investment and high output. In 1983, he won the fourth prize for scientific and technological progress from the Ministry of Water and Electricity.
This instrument is widely used for flow measurement in small channels for farmland irrigation. Due to the excellent dynamic sealing performance of the instrument's rotating shaft, the instrument can still work normally in irrigation areas irrigated with Yellow River water, with a sediment content of up to 20kg/m3.
With slight modifications to the installation structure, this instrument can be used for ship speed measurement and has successfully completed the ship speed measurement task in marine surveys in the South China Sea.
