JXF (indoor) and JFF (outdoor) distribution boxes are a type of distribution box designed and assembled into various control functions based on component models, specifications, and quantities. Due to the arbitrary selection of box size, the structure is tightly combined to a relatively complete level. The box material is made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel.

Basic technical parameters

The structure of the JXF type basic box is divided into indoor wall mounted control box and outdoor protective box. The outdoor protective box is divided into two types: metal door and perspective door. All products are bent from electrolytic steel plates and the surface is treated with epoxy resin electrostatic spraying, which is beautiful and durable. Equipped with upper and lower inlet and outlet holes, as well as an installation base plate, the inlet and outlet holes are sealed and covered before leaving the factory. The JXF-2000 metal bare wire grounding of the basic box makes the product "safer", the HT212 hinge can prevent the box door from sagging, and the P-type EPDM rubber waterproof strip "better waterproof effect" is used. The panel opening is equal to 180 degrees, making installation and maintenance more convenient. The JXF-2000 basic box has flexible and diverse styles, and can be equipped with different electrical performance control systems as needed, such as air conditioning control boxes, machine tool transmission control boxes, and water pump control boxes.
