
JX-818 Total Organic Carbon (TOC) Analyzer
The JX-818 Total Organic Carbon (TOC) analyzer adopts the world's leading dual wavelength ultraviolet oxidation technology with high accuracy. High performance CPU, intelligent touch screen control, offline and online analysis functions, external printer configuration, user-friendly design concept, no need to open the chassis to replace UV lamps and pump tubes, simple and convenient operation. Complies with the requirements of the 2010 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia VIII R for the determination of total organic carbon in pharmaceutical water: ① TOC=TC-TIC, ② system suitability test, ③ detection sensitivity (equal to or less than 0.05mg/l).
working principle
The organic matter in the sample is oxidized to carbon dioxide under the action of ultraviolet light and titanium dioxide. The conductivity detection technology is used to determine the carbon dioxide. The difference between the total carbon (TC) after oxidation in the oxidation reactor and the total inorganic carbon (TIC) before oxidation in the oxidation reactor is detected by the conductivity sensor to obtain the total organic carbon (TOC) in the sample, that is, TOC=TC-TIC.
