JWR series external plug-in pipe joint

1、 Characteristics:

JWR series external plug-in pipe fittings are suitable for connecting soft nylon pipes, plastic pipes, and rubber hoses. The maximum working pressure is 1.0MPa, and this series has the advantages of simple structure, easy use, and firm installation.

2、 Installation method:

Put the clamp on the trachea first, apply an appropriate amount of lubricating oil on the surface of the outer plug cone end, then insert it into the trachea and lock the clamp.

3、 Example of Marking:

Ⅰ External plug-in straight through terminal pipe joint with nominal diameter of 6mm and interface thread of M10 × 1.

Tag: JWR-Z6(Metric threads do not need to be specified)

Ⅱ External plug-in three-way terminal pipe joint with nominal diameter  10mm and interface thread ZG3/8 ".

Tag: JWR-3T-Z10(ＺＧ３／８″)(British pipe threads and cone pipe threads need to be indicated).
