Instrument Introduction

JTS-10 is a research-oriented, multifunctional chlorophyll fluorescence/absorption photosynthesis analyzer launched by Bio Logic in France. It can study electron migration in photosynthesis by detecting changes in fluorescence and absorbance signals during the process of organism photosynthesis. Both the photochemical lamp and the detection lamp can be externally connected and replaced, with a time resolution of up to 10 microseconds.

Technical Specifications

1. Excitation light and detection light: Different configurations of light sources can be selected according to different testing requirements, and the light intensity can be adjusted;

2. Detector: Si PIN photodiode, detection wavelength range from 320 to 1120nm;

3. Sensitivity: Samples with OD ranging from 0 to 2 have a sensitivity of 10-5OD;

4. Time resolution: from 10 µ s to a few minutes;
