Purpose:
This machine is a specialized equipment for gravure printing, lamination, coating, and slitting of roll shaped materials such as BOPP, PET, PVC, PE, aluminum foil, paper, non-woven fabric, glass paper, and thin leather.
Features:
Unwinding method: Independent electric flip type dual station unwinding rack, composite material is fixed by an inflatable shaft, automatic cutting for changing rolls, unwinding is equipped with EPC correction system
Winding method: Independent electric flipping dual station winding rack, composite material is fixed by an inflatable shaft, the center winding form is used for winding, and the coil is automatically cut when changing
Glue application method: Apply glue on the mesh roller (with an additional uniform glue roller driven by an independent motor)
Oven: Four stage air top oven, the entire oven adopts negative pressure design, with high air volume and high air pressure to create a low-temperature and high air pressure drying method. The guide rollers inside the oven are driven by a separate motor and synchronous belt, with low noise (the oven outlet is equipped with an EPC correction system)
Composite method: Two roll, heavy pressure, composite, which can ensure the pressure force and uniformity of the entire surface. S-type cooling roller device
The configuration of the whole machine will be negotiated separately by both parties: the winding and the front and rear hosts will be controlled by imported PLC controlled AC vector variable frequency motors, with four stage closed-loop tension control and display. (The whole machine is equipped with three sets of automatic correction control systems)
