This device has three independent gas path processes, which can perform targeted purification treatment on gases For example, removing moisture can be achieved by filling with color changing molecular sieves or silica gel, removing O2 from H2 can be achieved by filling with 105 catalyst and color changing molecular sieves, removing hydrocarbons (CH2) can be achieved by filling with activated carbon, etc., and the three channels can be connected in series according to different requirements to achieve the requirements of three-level deep purification.
